FARM BERENDES

As a typical example of a Hesselteich farm from the early 19^th century, the property Berendes (formerly Birkmann no. 7) can be named. Clearly celebrated in the archway of the farm one finds the inscription: Johann Friedrich Birkmann and Catrina Margaretha Niedermowwe have built and aligned this in 1834.
